2 - On retraction of the kick, landing well-balanced is the main objective. From here, you'll be in the best position possible to check their counter kick.
3 - This time, Mick shows how to land the kicking leg to bounce straight into a cross against a countering opponent.
4 - Using the same principle, Mick now uses the kick retraction to turn the hips and shoulders into a lead hook.
5 - Once landing a solid kick multiple times, we can now change our kicking action to switch the main attack to a powerful cross.
